Where can I download the cluster binaries #2044

I want to deploy a pipelindeDB Cluster. the doc says that

After installing PipelineDB and obtaining the PipelineDB Cluster binaries

but I can't find where is the pipeline_cluster-.rpm.
by the way ,I used docker to deploye the pipeline.
