Not Editable is not working with Table Type

Steps to reproduce

Use table type in the class definition and Not Editable checkbox should be checked.

Actual Behavior

Users can edit data in the table and add rows & columns that are restricted only.

Expected Behavior

In the object, user should not be allowed to edit data in the table
It was working fine with PIM v6.9.6
