Terminal/TUI platform?

i'm creating this issue mostly to gauge interest in porting Eto to be usable in the terminal, since it already has ports for seemingly just about every other platform...

I'm down for it! Eto at its inception had both a Console and a Web platform. Having those again would probably be very helpful for a lot of cases. I unfortunately don't have many free cycles to do this myself so some help in those regards would be greatly appreciated.
