Config file not update automatically after install pibooth picture template

Describe the bug
To install the plugin picture template, we have to
$ pip3 install pibooth-picture-template
After it, we have to launch pibooth.
Normally, automatically config file is updated with new line

[PICTURE]

#Pictures template path, it should contain 8 pages (4 capture numbers and 2 orientations)
template = picture_template.xml

If I open this config file with pibooth --config I don't see this new line !!

I have to added manually this line. After it works
