I use github pages for various things, and the general url is https://bomeara.github.io//. I can also buy domain names for some and host them, without all my other pages going there (i.e. phrapl.org). However phylotastic.org was set up is showing different behavior: any phylotastic project, if one uses github pages, goes to phylotastic.org/. I'm trying to set up an rphylotastic page, for example, and https://phylotastic.github.io/rphylotastic goes to phylotastic.org/rphylotastic, which doesn't exist. This makes serving up help pages harder than it should be (this affects rphylotastic, datelife, etc.). I'd want either:

  1. phylotastic.org/ to work for any project we serve out of a github site OR
  2. phylotastic.org to just go to the main site and portal, and stop all other projects from going to this domain.

Another way to fix this would be to move all the projects in the phylomatic org to our individual groups (i.e., move phylotastic/rphylotastic to bomeara/rphylotastic) but that seems not ideal.
