Outlook -> Google: Choose how availability syncs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Outlook, for all day events, I use 'working elsewhere' or 'out of office' as availability options. In Google there is only Free or Busy. Currently the 'working elsewhere' and 'out of office' Outlook availability syncs as 'busy' in Google. I would prefer it synced as 'free'.

An ability to chose how Outlook availability maps to Free/Busy in Google.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, an option to chose how the availability of all day events, regardless of availability type, would work for me (I would like to see all all-day events appear as Free in Google.
