Extension for dynamic non-magic method signature

Hi,

In Drupal, building forms follows a particular pattern using a form builder service. You call the getForm() method where the first argument is the form class string, and any following arguments depend on the signature of a particular method on the form class. I'm hoping to have phpstan verify this. I'm completely new to writing phpstan extensions, and looking through the documentation it's not obvious to me where to start. The only thing that seems close is using a method class reflection extension, though this isn't for a magic method and the comment here indicates that's a hard requirement. I also can't see how to do it with generics. Any thoughts?

Just to be clear, I'm not reporting it as a bug - I don't expect phpstan to know about this Drupal idiom, I'd like to be able to make it aware of it.

I've tried write an analogous minimal example here: https://phpstan.org/r/61746dee-2e9e-4bfb-ae74-eb64e3011cff. Note how the first argument of getForm() is the form class string, and any following arguments depend on the signature of MyForm::buildForm().

Right now your only option is to write a custom rule for this use-case.
