Cannot Edit Existing Sections

Describe the bug
I'm unable to edit sections that have been able to do so previously. Guessing this got corrupted moving to the latest version which we are on version 1.6.0

Installed phpIPAM release 1.6.0
Database schema version 1.6 dbversion 39
PHP version 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.14
MySQL version 10.6.16-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
MySQL CTE queries Yes

Steps To Reproduce
Please include steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to Available Sections
2. No edit icons avialble
3. Tried domain account and even tried local admin account, no luck
4. See screenshots
