Describe the bug
Can't move Orphaned IP while it have a obligatory Custom field.

phpIPAM version
1.6

Your Environment (please supply the following information):

phpIPAM version: 1.6
OS Rocky Linux 9.2
PHP version 8.3.3
Webserver Apache 2.4.57
Database 10.5.22-MariaDB

Steps To Reproduce

I had the Subnet 10.101.0.0/16, then I filled it up with some IPs.
I Forgotten to put the subnets inside 10.101.0.0/16 then I created them
The IPs that where inside 10.101.0.0/16 became orphaned so I decided to move one to its respective subnet
Error: custom_IA can not be empty!
