Issue Vault Item 2 Last Custom Field

• Latest git master development branch. Master
• Latest production release 1.6

Your Environment (please supply the following information):

• phpIPAM version: 1.6
• OS Ubuntu 22.04
• PHP version 8.1
• Webserver Apache2
• Database MariaDB

Steps To Reproduce
Please include steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to Custom Field create 2 or 3 Custom Field on Vault Item
2. And go to the Vault and try to fill out a new Vault item only the First created custom field is writable the other 2 is not possible to write....
