Is there an existing way to specify a bookmark and allow @see to jump to it?
Otherwise, I was thinking @see \Namespace\Of\My\File::method()#123 with 123 as the bookmark. Question is, what should the syntax of the bookmark be like?

Problem: In some code bases, methods can be quite long, jumping to the file's method is sometimes insufficient.
Possible solution:
