install_prerequisites.sh contains unnecessary commands

The install_prerequisites.sh script contains numerous commands that seem unnecessary.

Lines 14 & 15 contain the same command.

Line 16 removes Git, while Line 17 reinstalls git.

A number of others, such as installing meshlab, seem out of scope for this package. I don't have a clean enough machine to test which ones are truly necessary, but I highly recommend a general cleanup of that script.
