i even factory reinstalled discord and its still happening

still happens and it only happens when other people are in the voice chat and it happens with yabdp4nitro on better discord and also better screenshare for vencord

Could you please describe the problem in detail as I don't understand what you mean by "sticking".

i mean i set it to 1600x900 120 fps then if someone is in vc after a little bit it will change back to 720p 30 fps
