Is having vimium on app store is planned?

Me and couple of my friends want to use the extension on iPadOS. We were able to run the extension on iPadOS after making a couple of changes. #3610 (comment)

It's not practical to sign and push the extension every week from XCode. If an iPadOS release is not in the plans I'd like to publish this on App Store for our convenience.
