Labels fall out of sync on infinite scroll websites #2620

I've been seeing similar issues even on web sites (presumably) without infinite scroll. The front page of HackerNews for example, after scrolling shows all of the link labels out of sync. This happens on various other web sites as well, including reddit. My version of Chrome is Here's a screenshot: |

@BurntSushi It looks like your browser is at a zoom level greater than 100%. I have found the same issue when zoom is active on Chrome 61. See also #2633, #2615. |
This should fix philc#2635, fix philc#2633 and fix philc#2620.

An example of this can be seen when using Reddit Enhancement Suite and scrolling down, if RES lazy loads the next page into the stream it makes the positioning of tags and labels erroneous
