Describe the bug

When i click on the .exe to start Phoenix, there is a window flash, then it goes away, and phoenix will not start

Reproduction

Click on the .exe

Expected behavior

Should start the application, but it looks like it will start, as a window tries to populate, but dissappears.

OS, Browser and Phoenix versions

Thanks for reporting the issue @JohnsonJohncom . This is the first report of this kind we are getting, so we don't have any immediate fixes. Need a bit more info to investigate:

  1. Is Windows 10 updated?

Please run the following command in command prompt and paste the output in here:

>  C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Phoenix Code/Phoenix Code.exe" > o.txt
>  notepad o.txt
>  del o.txt

Replace <your user name> with your windows user name for the appropriate folder.

The user name may be different from the folder location. Just go to c:/users folder amd find the correct username matching your account.

I am unable to repro this issue so it may take some time to get this addressed. None of the win 10 machines i had access to had this issue, so might need to understand the exact configuration/to debug this. Is there anything special about the install? Like version/corp firewall/network drive anything in particular.
