Shouldn't need to do a manual start host after an error in layout event handler

The space remains black after this code:

parent := BlElement new 
	size: 200 asPoint; 
	background: Color lightRed; 
	addChild: child.

parent openInSpace

But it starts to work again after: BlOSWindowSDL2Host start. I think this shouldn't be needed.
