Over time we noticed, that the name chosen for the main items in the app "Configuration Item" is not the ideal choice. It shows that this would rather be called "Host Item" as this always is hosting some kind of software or users etc.
Software Instances, LIcences, Subnets, Host Items, Solutions and so on are all concidered "Configuration Items" thus we should change the name of this doctype in this early stage of spreading the app.
The question is, how deep this change goes and how severe the change would be. Any comments @barredterra ?

This is a major operation that needs resonable planing. It will probably be best to create a further docType "Host Item" and add a custom field in all the docTypes where configuration_item exists. then have it run side-by-side for a while and at a later point remove configuration item from the system.
We will make this less complicated by creating a new DocType "ITM Host Item" that will run along side Configuration Item not litteraly replacing it but being visible to the user. This will over time extinct the DocType Configuration Item.
