OMP: Error #15: Initializing libiomp5.dylib, but found libomp.dylib already initialized.

While trying to runt the following command - "docanalysis --ipcc ipcc_2 --search_html --extract_abb abb", I run into the above mentioned error. For clarity and additional information I would like to show that the following is my file structure: .
ipcc
ipcc_2
chap01
sections
fulltext.flow.html

Doesn't look like a docanalysis errors Always useful to Google this. e.g. Google Finds: dmlc/xgboost#1715 suggests it is MacOSX specific and gives suggestions As Shweata says you must give your environment, commands issued and screen / log trace (as code, not image)
