Automate cleaning the JSON build directory #188

When developing patterns with Larva, there are often name changes that result in leftover JSON files in the build directory since the larva write-json script does not clean the directory before running. This could be added in the package.json scripts with a shell command, but that will likely create cross-platform issues.
