是不是得完整重要跑一篇
1.执行prepare/data_spider.py创建文件output/symptom_name.tsv和disease_symptomtxt.tsv
2.执行rebuild_disease_symptom_relation.py创建output/disease_symptom_ac.tsv和medical_rebuild.json
3.直接执行build_medicalgraph.py，创建图数据库的节点和关系

看了一下代码，原来是作者注释掉了，目前图数据库没什么问题，还有其它坑我再更新

请问我执行完build_medicalgraph.py，图数据库跟readme不一样，数据库没那么多而且只有节点没有边，这是什么原因
