Same problem here. I can't find any instruction on how to start jellyfin after installing it from the pdulvp app store. I can see the icon on the QNAP desktop but clicking it just brings me to a page with two options 1) "connect to server" but if I click that one, it says "We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again." and 2) "add new server" but if I enter the IP of my QNAP and port 8096, it asks for a name and password and I don't know what the default Jellyfin password is.

Are there any instructions on how to start this after installing?

Did you fix this issue? I have the same issue. I have Emby installed (shutdown before install). But nothing.

Edit: never mind. I now see that the compatibility list is a bit short (only Intel): #4. It will let me install it, but not run in (while it says it does).

Hello,
After installation, on my end, it does start but when I click open it directs me to nas_address:8096 and there is nothing there. I checked with netstat and that port is not there.

Thanks,
Adnrei

I had a similar problem with a TS-469L. First, it took ages to start (is being started..), then is took me to a page to select a new server (which didn't work of course), but after some minutes I got the setup pages. Added the folders and media, ended setup and now it indexes the media. Not tested how well it works, but the initial problems were just a sloooooow start.
