What happend to the method "-(void)clearLayer:(CALayer *)layer withCenter:(CGPoint)point"

Hi,I am new here,I happened to meet this awesome project,thanks for the excellent work!
I am kind of interested in the "-(void)clearLayer:(CALayer *)layer withCenter:(CGPoint)point" method when I read about it in the README document,but I can't find either the interface or the implementation of the method.I can only get it from the 1.0.3 release version,what happened to the recently update master version?
