Issue with GUI and Security

• Using yarn
• Using an up-to-date master branch
• Using latest version of devtools. Check the docs for how to update
• For issue in production release, add devtools output of DEBUG_PROD=true yarn build && yarn start

Expected Behavior

I should be able to adjust security settings

Current Behavior

The option for that is greyed out in the GUI

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install program
2. run it
3. go to "Settings" gear in upper right hand corner
4. Notice that when in the setting screen, the option for security settings is greyed out

Possible Solution (Not obligatory)

I'm not sure how to resolve and I'm not sure of the implications but I'm assuming the video sharing would be done completely unencrypted?

Trying to use a pixel tablet as an external monitor
