Are there any plans for v4 since Strapi v4 is in beta currently?

I do plan to talk to the maintainers about seeing if we can adjust this to properly work with the users-permissions authentication. Also I'll be recommending that we push the middleware into a plugin instead of just a standalone middleware.

No ETA and it probably won't happen until after the first few stable v4 releases.

(FYI I work for Strapi as a Solutions Engineer)

Sounds good @derrickmehaffy. I'm on the Strapi discord if you need to reach out. As well as @stafyniaksacha, he's the main contributor of the current version of the middleware.

I plan to work on it after I finished this PR: strapi/strapi#11230

Under v4 version, I hope this middleware can be used

Any update on this thread? Would be great if there is some light at the end of the tunnel for v4.

I left the tab opened this morning, to ask exactly the same 😄 . Is there any news related to this @patrixr?

Thank you for your work!!!

Yep, I'm working on the https://github.com/patrixr/strapi-middleware-cache/tree/feature/strapi-v4

A lot of new things are coming (authenticated cache, cache providers, admin controllers, plugin services, admin interface to clear caches, etc)

I'm currently writing the documentation for it, it quite close to be ended !

Feel free to join us on the Strapi official discord

Thanks for all the work !

Apologies all, I haven't been able to keep up with v4 since my current work pulled me away from strapi. Luckily @stafyniaksacha picked up all the things I should have 🔥
