Crash while opening user management

ISSUE NAME

• Passbolt Version: 3.6.0 (1601ad7)
• Platform and Target:
  -- Operating system: Ubuntu
  -- PHP: 7.4.28
  -- Web server: Apache
  -- Database server: MySQL
  -- etc.: Running on a rather slow Banana Pi

What you did

Opened /app/users to administrate the users

What happened

The screen remained rather empty with an error on the console (see below)

What you expected to happen

I expected to see the user management

Background

The console printed:

[HUisHU-Christian]

I found out, the the locales were not setup properly on that system. After I fixed it, everything worked as expected.

Still, Passbolt should not crash that hard in that particular case. Especially since all the other pages worked fine.

I also face this issue occasionally. to fix it simply sign out and select login with other account. After reloggin the issue is fixed.

I agree the issue is a bit annoying
