Does not work offline

Describe the issue
If there is no internet connection, the application will open, but it will not allow any operations. Nothing appears in the results area except flashing text placeholders. The main menu ("hamburger") button does not open.

To Reproduce (optional)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Disable internet connection
2. Open application
3. Try to do stuff

Device:

• OS: Windows 11 Home (x64)
• Version: 10.0.22621

The following third-party services are disabled:

• currency conversion
• time zone operations
