Course registration issue!

We also found an issue with course registration. When a student logs in and tries to register, they do not get the option to do so. See screenshot. The «Select» column is deactivated. Please help!!!

1331 will be registering for this upcoming semester (20/PR).

Thank you for helping us with this issue, but please know that the application (the previous issue) is the more critical. We can't add any students because none can submit applications and we cannot create SPROs from a NAE screen.

I've deactivated one check at the moment so that students can register until I can figure out why all of a sudden it stopped working.

Hi Josh, we are running into another issue. Student's cannot register. The checkboxes are present, but the submit button or add button is missing. See screenshot.

This issue is happening again for registration for fall 2021. Students don't get the option to select their classes. Please help us as soon as possible as registration is stalled. Thank you!

Make sure that at Administrative > Settings > WebReg, that Open Registration is set to Yes. This needs to be set to No once registration is closed, and set back to Yes when registration needs to open again in a new term. In release 7.0, this will be controlled by a business rule.
