artifactWrappers.xmi contains "Hazards!H-1 (mobstr-hazards.xlsx)" twice

The file artifactWrappers.xmi contains the entry "Hazards!H-1 (mobstr-hazards.xlsx)" twice, once in line 8 and once in line 20. This can cause issues since it is unclear which of the entries Capra picks and if it deals correctly with trace links that relate to the same artifact using different entries.

Removing the duplicate is non-trivial since EMF (and thus Capra) refers to the entries in artifactWrappers.xmi by order of appearance. Removing one entry would thus render the trace model unusable. Instead, we should replace one of the entries with a different artifact and fix all references to the removed entry in traceModel.xmi.
