Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some processes take some time, ie. searching for datasets or data fetching. There are no feedback to the user during this time, ie. loading spinners.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add loading spinners or messages during async operations.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe we need a more general solution, not only for daf-related processes.
