Hey! I just rebuilt our band's website with PagesCMS and I'm really liking it so far, thanks for the great work!
I'd like to suggest that, after saving, the UI could indicate that deployment is still underway until the changes are actually live. Non-technical users that only interact with the UI might not understand that save does not equal instant publish since there's still a deploy step (in my case GitHub Actions to GitHub pages), which usually takes a minute or so (can probably be optimized, but that's another topic), and it would be good so they don't get confused why the page hasn't changed. Also for myself this would be handy not to have to check GitHub Actions but just stay in PagesCMS and see the status.
One way to implement this would be to check the deployment triggered by the commit that was created when saving and periodically check whether the build was successful, and showing a "in progress" or "publishing" indicator. This could be displayed in the same overlay that shows up when saving.
