After your first deployment, Helm requires that you backfill a number of values in the values.yaml (for example, Cluster Deployment ID) or else helm upgrade will redeploy these parts of the cluster which can lead to undesirable effects.

This is a feature request (not a bug) to help users migrate to 2.0 and help new users deploy 2.0 without encountering deployment issues.
