Steps to reproduce

  1. How to create a broken axis or custom axis . Alternatively, custom Axis support broken axis. As shown in the figure

This is not supported I'm afraid. I implemented discontinuous axes as part of the insanity in #1640 but this is not something that will be easy to get working. Might be worth creating an axis that maps the missing region to null and see if that happens to work to make the series behave; will still need a substantial chunk of Axis refitted, but that might be feasible.
