Steps to reproduce

Maximum and Minor with LinearAxis or LogarithmicAxis set have no effect, sometimes the maximum or minimum is still not displayed (e.g., set the start 0.1 and end 10, it may be 10, and the scale value of 0.1 will not be displayed).
