Horizontal Line Style in Chrome

Hi, great project, it's an absolute joy to use.

I noticed one small thing though. On Firefox, the horizontal line by default appears to have border-style: solid;, but on Chrome it appears to have border-style: inset;

It's a small issue and easily fixable, but for consistency I think it would be nice if Sakura established a default value for all browsers (personally I think the solid style looks better, but that's just my opinion).
