port 8010 is not #exposing unable to view outputs

i have installed owtf using docker but whenever i start the owtf its does not exposing the 8010 port so thats why i am getting 404 error. is there any one that facing the same problem and also provide the solution . i have check the docker-compose.dev.yml file in that file there is 8010 port is present.
