根据https://ovine.igroupes.com/org/docs/guides/start里的示例，生成了一个本地项目，启动后，cpu几乎占满了。

是我使用的姿势不对吗?

好的，我自测一下。我翻了下 webpack-dev-server issues. 确实有类似的问题。我尝试优化看看，是不是有效果。能提供下你的node版本吗？

❯ node -v
v12.18.4

操作系统是macOS Big Sur

升级 webpack5 的时候，着重留意下这个问题。目前暂缓
