Description

It become necessary to allow the feature, for a developer/a contributor to this provider, to add a warning message to the user:
https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/plugin/framework/diagnostics#returning-errors-and-warnings

Additional context

We need to use fully terraform plugin sdk v2 with Diagnostics
