Kafka retention time has no unit

Describe the problem

In /public-cloud/pci/projects/{project_id}/storages/databases/{kafka_database_id}topics, the retention time displayed in the table has no unit. As a client I don't know if it is set in minutes, hours, or days.

Same thing when trying to create a new topic in /public-cloud/pci/projects/{project_id}/storages/databases/{kafka_database_id}topics/create-topic.

Describe the solution

The unit of the option should be visible, just like the retention size.
