Also facing the same issue with the error:
Luckily I haven't bought any servers yet 😅 In my case, I thought it was because I closed my browser before inputting my contact info on signup. But others are having the same issue and I can't rectify this anyway (can't get to support page). |

Yes I still have the issue, since as I've said multiple times now, my account doesn't appear to exist on ca.ovh.com meaning I cannot open a ticket. It does work with ovh.com and I'm able to manage my domains but the help center doesn't find my account. Even password resets don't work. |

Describe the bug
The dashboard simply never loads, I can't open a ticket with the help center, I can't manage the things I bought, I can't do anything.
I've tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox all on desktop, no difference. I've tried the us and ca subdomains to no avail.
