Contradictory information on the recovery of the doc version

Expected Behaviour

The error message should be more specific, or at least shouldn't contradict what is stated in the recovery documentation.

Observed Behaviour

After starting my sharelatex instance, I received the following error:

Detected unflushed changes while recovering doc versions.
Please go back to version 5.0.1 and follow the recovery procedure
for flushing document updates:

I tried to follow the recovery guide, however when starting with 5.0.3 the error above is shown and the container exits immediately. So executing the commands mentioned is not possible. I tried doing what the messages says, but there is no 5.0.1 image to use. I don't know what to do now.

I fixed it by starting 5.0.2-RC6 once and after that starting again using 5.0.3.
