Bad request to lets encrypt and redirect to https

Hello,

Trying to get Outline installed and running into the error with the https_portal.

I get the error Domain name does not end with a valid public suffix this is because my local domain is outline.mydomain.lan

How do I turn off lets encrypt?

Also, I've noticed that the url, when entered into the browser, redirects to https.

I have FORCE_HTTPS=false in my env file.
