Up and running but cant connect

Hello,

i'm new to docker and outline.
My problem is that the system says it running but i can not connect:

2021-04-27T08:46:40.849Z server loaded Microsoft auth provider

2021-04-27T08:46:40.850Z server loaded Slack auth provider

Listening on http://localhost:3000

So localhost is the docker IP?
Because i can not connect to the Hostmachine IP:3000 to outline.
Any ideas?

find a solution: docker run --network=host --env-file=/root/env outlinewiki/outline
