改了proxy里的appid，但是打不开uploader.bat.怎么办

想请问改了proxy里的appid，但是打不开uploader.bat.怎么办

uploader.bat是上傳部署appid時候用的。

文件都对的啊，win10连bat文件也不认识了吗？
