This feature is not related to a problem.

As of now the packet->PC conversion is done only the current scan is complete. This can add unneeded compute overhead and time between the PC2 being published and the start of the scan.

To alleviate, packets could be converted to a PC2 as they are received. Then, once the final scan is received the PC2 is buttoned up and published.
