允许其他用户注册，撰写，做个权限控制。

@biezhi 权限控制我认为可以分为普通用户、作者用户、管理员，其中注册账户默认用户为普通用户，普通用户可以评论、收藏文章、点赞等操作，也可以申请为作者用户；当普通用户申请为作者用户后，可以直接发布文章；管理员则支持增删改查功能。
