librime 1.10 版本，新增 api 用于调整用户已输入的字符。希望可以提供 UI 支持，九宫格输入法等一键多编码方案十分需要这个功能。

有其他前端利用上了这个 API 吗？我没太关注 API 的变化 …… 是哪个来着 ……？

就是set_input，但是不是最终解法，目前区分不了xi‘an和 xian
