Why is there no legend in the genome circle diagram? How to add legend ?Thanks!

Hi @3between7,
excellent question! We just thought it might take too much space in the figures, so we skipped them. As we're currently thinking of rewriting the plotting code and move to a pure Python solution, we'll put the legend on our ToDo. However, I cannot make any assumptions yet, when this will be finished.
