Prerequisites

  • Can you reproduce the problem in a fresh installation of the "develop" branch?
  • Do you have any errors in the PHP error log, or javascript console?
  • Did you check the osTicket forums?

Description

We've observed that in the emails generated from the ticket transfer email template, there's some unexpected code appearing where the comments should be displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make sure to enable Ticket Transfer Alert.
  2. Transfer any ticket from one departmemt to another.
  3. Check your inbox for the mail related to the ticket transfer.

Expected behavior: The Ticket Transfer email should display the transferred ticket information without any unintended code.

Actual behavior: The Ticket Transfer email contains unintended code, which needs to be resolved.

Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information which also additionally gives you information about your server.

Also, please include the OS and what version of the OS you're running. As well as your browser and browser version.
