all of a sudden New Ticket Alert stopped working with Email Admin (and eventuall the other flags of such field enabled) .
Instead, "New Message Alert" , "New Internal Activity Alert" and "Ticket Assignment Alert" are working. Of course doing "Email diagnostic" works, so it's not an SMTP issue.
What can I do to debug issue? I enabled " Default Log Level" to Debug, but nothing was logged. When a new ticket gets opened Admin does not receive email notification.
